The mechanism

The bristle face and a full-width squeegee blade sit on opposite edges of the same head, on a joint that turns a full 360°. Scrub the grout with your weight over the bristles, rotate the head, and pull the loosened dirt and water straight to the drain before it dries back in.
The tweezer clips into the head, so the drain gets cleared in the same pass. And because the handle builds to 30, 42 or 54 inches, all of it happens standing up.

Will it scratch my tile or tub?
The bristles are stiff enough for grout but won't mark glazed tile, sealed stone or acrylic under normal scrubbing. On polished or natural stone, test a hidden corner first, and use the squeegee edge — not the bristles — on glass.
How long does it take to put together?
About a minute, by hand. The pole twists into the head and the sections push and lock. No tools.
Is the handle strong enough to lean on?
Yes — the pole is steel and the head is high-impact ABS. Pressing your weight through it is how it's meant to be used.
Does it work outside, or just bathrooms?
Both. Sealed concrete, pavers, pool decks, garage floors and balconies. The 54-inch build makes a patio a walking-pace job.
Will it fit under my toilet?
The head is 3.94 inches wide and lies flat when swivelled, which lets it pass under a toilet rim or a kitchen kickboard. Use the short 30-inch build for that.

60-day returns
Return the product for any reason within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact us first by replying to your order confirmation email so we can send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — then we cover it. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or missing parts
If anything arrives broken or missing, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
1-year warranty
The head, squeegee blade and rods are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery under normal household use. Normal bristle wear and misuse aren't covered.
