How much is shipping?
A flat $4.99 per order, however many you buy. You'll see it at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card number.
The Power Scrub 360
What surfaces can I use it on?
Ceramic and porcelain tile, grout, tubs, shower walls and glass, sealed concrete, pavers and pool decks. It's not designed for carpet or unsealed wood.
Will it scratch my tile or tub?
The bristles are stiff enough for grout but won't mark glazed tile, sealed stone or acrylic under normal scrubbing. On polished or natural stone, test a hidden corner first, and use the squeegee edge — not the bristles — on glass.
How does the swivel head work?
The head turns a full 360° on its joint, so it can lie flat for floors, slide under a toilet rim, or turn up to meet a shower wall.
How big is it?
The brush head is 10.6 × 3.94 inches. The handle assembles to 30, 42 or 54 inches.
How do I put it together?
Twist the top pole into the head, push the upper pole into an extension until it locks, and add sections until it's the length you want. It takes about a minute and needs no tools.
Is it powered?
No. It's a manual tool — no batteries or charging. Your weight on the handle does the scrubbing.
What's in the box?
The brush head with built-in squeegee and tweezer slot, the tweezer, a tail rod with handle, two extension rods and a connecting rod.
How do I clean it after use?
Rinse the head under running water, shake it off, and hang it by the handle to dry.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return it for a refund of the purchase price, even if you've used it. Contact us first for return instructions. See the full Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — then we cover it.
My order arrived damaged or missing a part. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — the head, squeegee blade and rods are covered against defects for one year from delivery. See the Warranty page.
How long do refunds take?
We issue the refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
