These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Everbrio Home ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and measurements are approximate. Follow the use and care guidance on our product pages, and test delicate or natural-stone surfaces in a hidden area first.

Pricing and payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, offers and availability can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we don't store your full card details.

Orders An order confirmation email means we've received your order; it isn't final acceptance. We may cancel an order in cases such as a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item being unavailable — if that happens, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and warranty These are described in our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Warranty, which form part of these terms.

Proper use Our products are intended for normal household cleaning. We aren't responsible for damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or use on surfaces the product isn't designed for.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Everbrio Home or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
