Shipping Policy

Everbrio Home ships orders to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, regardless of how many items you order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can occasionally add time.

Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look into it.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
