General safety and care guidance for everything we sell. Where an item needs specific instructions, they're on that product's page and on its packaging — always follow those first.
Age grading
Toys and novelty items are sold with an age rating shown on the product page and the packaging. Items containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years and carry a choking-hazard warning. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children with any small or detachable item.
Not food
Some of our items are shaped like or scented as food. Unless an item is sold specifically as food or drink, it is not edible and must not be placed in the mouth, chewed or swallowed. If a piece is swallowed or someone chokes, seek medical attention immediately.
Intended use
Use each item for its intended purpose only, as described on its product page. Household and cleaning products should be kept away from children, and tested on a hidden area before use on delicate or natural surfaces.
General care
Keep items away from direct sunlight, heat sources and open flame unless the product says otherwise. Unless stated on the product page, don't put items in the washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them dry fully.
If something breaks, splits or leaks
Stop using it, keep it away from children and pets, and email us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you under our Refund & Return Policy.
Allergies and sensitivities
Material and ingredient information, where relevant, is listed on the product page. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, check that information before ordering and ask us if anything is unclear.
Health and medical
Nothing we sell or publish is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
Packaging
Please recycle outer cartons where you can, and keep plastic wrapping and small packaging parts away from babies, young children and pets.
